# Include - Exclude

Tài liệu cung cấp thông tin về cách dùng Include & Exclude trong Segment Builder trên hệ thống PangoCDP.

## Include/Exclude dùng để làm gì ?

Include/Exclude dùng để thêm vào/loại bỏ một tệp segment khác với segment hiện tại.

Ví dụ: Có tệp segment A những khách hàng đã nhận tin nhắn ngày 10/5/2024 & tệp khách hàng B đã có đơn hàng 10/5/2024 

* A Include B >> Segment A sẽ bao gồm có khách hàng của tệp A & B.
* A Exclude B >> Segment A sẽ chỉ còn những khách hàng trong tệp A và không có trong tệp B.

## Thao tác thực hiện 

* Vào module [CDP](https://cdp.mydatalakes.com/)
* Chọn Segment Builder
* Chọn Actions/Build the segment data with various criteria

* Chọn Include/Exclude segment

* Chọn segment&#x20;

Lưu ý:&#x20;

Khi click chọn “Required re-run data before including/excluding” >> mỗi lần segment được chọn Calculate thì segment include sẽ được tính toán lại.

Đối với “All segment” khi exclude thì tất cả các segment ở trạng thái Publish và có cùng loại data sẽ được exclude
