# SendPulse

## SendPulse là gì?

SendPulse là nền tảng tự động hóa marketing đa kênh cho phép gửi email, sms và thông báo đẩy. Có thể sử dụng tích hợp SendPulse để quản lý chương trình khách hàng và theo dõi kết quả trong các báo cáo. SendPulse cung cấp giải pháp về CSKH, Hệ thống thoại VoIP và nhiều ứng dụng tích hợp khác.

## Các bước thao tác tạo và cấu hình tài khoản trên SendPulse

### Bước 1/ Tạo tài khoản trên <https://sendpulse.com>

* Chọn Sign up
* Điền thông tin đăng ký -> Sign Up

* Vào hộp thư email đăng ký -> Confirm để xác thực

### Bước 2/ Tạo Template Email trên SendPulse

* Tại màn hình Home SendPulse -> Email Template -> chọn Template mẫu -> Edit&#x20;

* Sau khi chỉnh sửa -> Save -> Save as template

* Đặt tên Template -> Save Template

### Bước 3/ Tạo Connection trên PangoCDP

* Vào [Module Console](https://console.mydatalakes.com/connections?cate=EmailMarketing)
* Chọn Connection -> Email -> +Connect -> Agree to enable the service -> Enable
